何が言いたいかって組織とかギョーカイ以外の場所にも夢はあるんじゃないかってこと。AKBに入ったけど選抜されないなら辞めて他のとこで他のこと試すのもありだと思う。そりゃもちろん秋元さんは立場上そんなこと言えないはずだけどさ。

「AKBで何もできなかった奴がAKBやめて何ができるんだ」って言いたがる人はいるでしょう。けどそれって何の意味もない言説なんだよね。少なくとも僕は経験上分かってる。

「せっかくAKB入れたのに辞めちゃうなんてもったいない。続けてれば良い事あるよ」って意見もあると思う。AKB入れた時に嬉しかった記憶とか思い出してずるずるってのはあると思う。

けどそこで自分の夢は本当に組織に入ること、組織に認められること、組織を率いることそれ自体だったのかって考えれば大したことじゃないって分かる。

努力が我慢に変わった時、それは努力じゃなくなるんだ。

だからその、なんというか、AKBでも会社でもギョーカイでも結婚生活でもなんでも良いけどここに居場所はないって思ったらすぐ辞めちゃえば良いと思うよ。嫌なら辞めちまえ。

身も蓋もないこと言うとどんな綺麗事言ったってチャンスくれねー奴はチャンスくれねーんだよw結局そいつはたいして自分のこと評価してないって事なんだよ。この世には自分を評価する人と評価しない人の2種類しかいねーんだよ。それを運だとかチャンスの入り口とかチャンスの出口とか言葉遊びでごまかす奴のとこなんかとっとと離れれば良いんだよ。
