ボランティア団体の場合、みんなが正しいことをやっていると考えています。少なくとも間違ったことはしてない、という確信があるわけですね。そうすると自分は悪くないから相手が悪いとなってしまう。同じと思い込んでいるけど、実は1人ひとり体験が違うから、価値判断が対立してしまうんです。

　対立した時に、自分は正しいことをやっているという思いが強いと、相手が間違っていると考えるしかなくなってしまいます。しかし、犯人はどこにもいないんです。だから、ボランティアとかNPOといった団体は内部崩壊しやすいんでしょうね。僕は、そうならないようにこうした「考え方」を伝えるようにしています。
